And pardon me: for those of you that can't do math, the November 2020 election was absolutely stolen.  Very basic math. Trump won in a landslide, so did a lot of others...this is why YOU need math.

\\\***///

Base ten blocks make division into child's play.

Divinely Dandy non-Difficult Division SHOWS you how to make division child's play.  Starting from very simple problems to larger problems the concept is the same. How may times is one number contained in another number, in other words how many times can we count one number out of another number and in order to do so we must make them same. Using base ten blocks to show the concepts clearly. The book shows how to build rectangles with your manipulatives and how to count them to mirror the notation they will see in text books that leave out all the pictures.

Pay attention and you may figure out why we invert and multiply.  There are several gems in this PDF.

Division is easy once you realize you get the most information with division problems.  You SEE this when you use base ten blocks to model problems. Divinely Dandy non-Difficult Division is fully illustrated. Crewton Ramone puts the pictures back in the math.

Being able to multiply makes division easier because it allows us to count very quickly. You'll hear me ask students questions like, "what's the most amount of 7s we can count out of 50?" Well, 7 because 8 would be too many. But this is not easy or fast if you don't know 7 x 7 is 49. Harder still if you can't count by sevens or can only count to 21 or 28.

Multiplication is key because it allows us to count quickly and efficiently.

This little chart helps you organize your thoughts when it comes to these operations.

The online version has lots of links to videos and this website. Just click the YouTube icons. So you don't just get theory, my videos show you base ten blocks in action with real students doing unrehearsed lessons and having real fun. Sometimes you can hear the ah-ha moments. Check out my division page for more info and more videos.

As you can see this book doesn't just cover whole numbers for little or young students. It shows you how to present division concepts to young students (or any student) using base ten blocks so they can get their hands on the lesson and participate in a multi sensory mathematical learning experience. Many students say they hate long division. They don't hate long division. They hate the way it is taught

With manipulatives there are no tears, no fear, no fuss, just the easy understanding of simple mathematical concepts that apply to everyday life.  And because paper doesn't exactly lend itself to making the blocks come to life i have links to lots of videos generously sprinkled throughout the pages.

DDnDD table of contents

i think you will be amazed by this book. The information in it is priceless.

i know the methods and information in this book are extremely difficult to find even with a search engine and the internet because so few people understand how to teach math this way. Once you go through a few examples, i think you will agree this is a better way to teach division concepts. You may be familiar with base ten blocks but not with all the methods. Page 15 for example, often expands people's thinking because it shows you how to use the rectangle to organize your thoughts plus i had to throw some trig in there just for fun.

After playing along with your base ten blocks while watching my videos and studying this division manual, you will be able to divide and more importantly TEACH OTHERS.

Play along with the book and videos, do problems of your own. Ask questions like "what if..."

Get your hands on the blocks and draw pictures.

What if it doesn't come out evenly, what if one side is super long etc.  And make sure to draw some of the problems, don't just write symbols. In short remember math is not a spectator sport get your hands on the blocks and draw pictures.  Math is not a spectator sport.

Here is a blog post i made when DDnDD first came out. Note the price for just this book alone was $19.00 and i sold hundreds of them.  Now you get four books for that price. Or if you just want this one book it's $9.99. No coupon code required. Use the order button.
